How to Join the session?
I am doing pregnancy yoga from last 2 months.I really want to appreciate ekam yoga and Yogini Sonia who are doing great job. I always feel relax whenever I do yoga .. I must recommend to everyone join ekam yoga for the physical and mental relaxation.
Ekam yoga in instructor is very professional and polite. She hold good experience in prenatal yoga and teach very calmly and patiently.
I have only one suggested for Ekam yoga to create a WhatsApp group for all the students so that they are more aware and up to date about the classes and clear there doubt that occurred during the pregnancy.
Love the batch. Our trainer Ms. Sonia Singh ma'am is just amazing. Enjoy doing yoga with her.
