There are some teachers we never forget, and Sonia mam is one of those rare gems. When I think of yoga, I think of her. She is the reason I fell in love with yoga.
Her calmness, confidence, and positivity always influenced everyone.

The flow of the class is very good , though I am not able to attend all sessions due to my professional commitments.
