🔹 Phase 2: Daily Program (July 1st to August. 9th)

• Yoga Sessions: 6 Days/Week Live
• Meal Plan: Weekly Vegetarian Nutrition Plan
• Task of the Day: Water intake, step goals, mindfulness tasks
• Accountability: Daily Check-in on WhatsApp
• Weekend Zoom Motivation Calls with Transformation Coaches
