Yoga asanas for children’s are not like adults and our trainers take extra care for these young kids. Sessions are in fun learn method, trainers make them do yoga in very lighter way and help them to get optimum results. Trainer make them perform yoga to focus on movement of body with creativity rather than mastering perfectly aligned asanas.
