Some people have achieved some kind of “सिद्धियां” in their life by just following pranayama exercises.

Furthermore, pranayama is the baseline for meditation and is also used with physical postures (asanas).

This session will help you with:

  2. Improves sleep quality
  3. Increases mindfulness
  4. Reduces high blood pressure
  5. Improves lung function
  6. Enhances cognitive performance
  7. Reduces cigarette cravings
