No Return – Exchange Only

At Ekam Yoga, we want you to feel fully satisfied with your yoga wear.
We do not offer returns, but we do allow easy exchanges if the size or product doesn’t fit you right.

Unboxing Video is Mandatory

To make the process smooth and fair, please record a clear unboxing video while opening your package.

• Exchange requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
  
• The video helps us verify any issue and provide a quick solution.

Exchange Terms

• You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  
• Exchange is available for size or product replacement only.
  
• There is a ₹150/product reverse pickup charge for exchange requests.
  
• Pickup will be attempted two times. If pickup is not successful, you can self-ship the product to our address.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your unboxing video.
  
• We will replace the item at no extra cost.
  
• Refunds will be given only for damaged products, not for size or preference issues.

Exchange Process

• Email us at welcome@ekamyoga.com or message us on Instagram @ekamyoga_global with your order ID and unboxing video.
  
• Our team will review your request within 1–2 working days.
  
• Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged (₹150 charge applies).
  
• After receiving and checking your product, we’ll send your exchange item within 7 working days.

Self-Shipping Option

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, please self-ship the product to:

1. Mention your Order ID and registered mobile number on the parcel.
   
2. We recommend using Speed Post for safe and reliable delivery.

Important Notes

• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
  
• Refunds are applicable only if the product is received damaged.
  
• Exchange requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
