- You can book for one or more hours of Ekam’s yoga instructor to visit you.
- Instructor will visit you and guide about asanas as per your body requirement.
- Instructor will perform asanas as and when needed for your better understanding.
- This sessions can be of one person or group of people.
- Trainer will help you to make your asanas perfect and for sure you shall get result of efforts you made.
- Trainer will help to correct your body posture, walking style, sitting pose, your office sitting posture and many more.
- All your session will improve your digestive system, breathing technique, body toning and many more.
- Trainer will reach 5 minutes before as per your assigned time.
- Each of you require one 8-10 MM thick anti-skid rubber yoga mat which is easily available in market or you can ask our trainer to buy from our Yoga Studio per mat cost @INR999/- per pcs
- You shall be requiring one yoga belt for some of leg bending asanas that also can be purchased @INR199/- per pcs
- This booking can be made for INR3999/- per person per hour but a minimum of INR9999/- is chargable for one month everyday one hour visit.
- All extra hour and extra person will be calculated extra.
