• This session is designed for those who have no experience with yoga or little experience with yoga (less than 6 months), we have planned this session using the principles of Iyengar yoga and Hatha Yoga.
• This session will mainly help you with your regular fitness, flexibility, endurance, stamina, body toning and somewhat weight loss or weight gain (depending on your diet).

Yoga Type:- Beginners Yoga, Iyengar yoga and Hatha Yoga

Day:- Monday – Saturday

Days off: Sunday and Holiday

Time: 5 PM -6 PM
