About Yoga for beginners

Yoga has become increasingly popular in recent years due to its numerous physical and mental benefits. Yoga is a low-impact form of exercise that can be practiced by individuals of all ages and fitness levels.
There are numerous benefits to practicing yoga, and we strongly encourage individuals to incorporate it into their wellness routines. However, we understand that many people may feel hesitant to begin due to a lack of knowledge on how to start. As a solution, we have designed a beginner's yoga program that spans over 3-4 months. Our program is tailored to each individual's body type, allowing them to progress from beginner to intermediate or expert.
We believe that consistency and practice are crucial to success in yoga. Therefore, we do not offer a one-month course but instead offer two packages that span over four and six months. Our program includes weekly theory sessions on Thursdays to ensure that individuals have a comprehensive understanding of the principles of Iyengar yoga and Hatha yoga.
The benefits of yoga are well-documented, including improving mental health, reducing stress, enhancing relaxation, boosting the immune system, increasing happiness, strengthening muscles, improving flexibility, improving cardiovascular health, and promoting a balanced metabolism.
We offer online yoga classes for beginners, led by experienced instructors who will guide individuals on their yoga journey. Our program is designed to improve general wellness, flexibility, endurance, stamina, and even support weight management goals, depending on an individual's dietary needs.

Frequency:  Monday to Saturday

Holidays: All national holidays & festivals like Deepawali, Holi,  KarwaChoth, Shivratri etc

  • System-generated session joining reminder emails are sent daily, 15 minutes before the session, which also includes the session link.
  • Don't forget to check your spam or junk folder if you don't find the email in your inbox.
  • We look forward to connecting with you during the session.
