What MEDITATIONS we cover in this session (there will be variations not all the meditation will be covered in a month these are for understanding on meditation)

  1. Mindfulness Meditation: Focus on present moment awareness through breath and body scan.
  2. Body Scan Meditation: Relaxation technique focusing on scanning and releasing tension in the body.
  3. Guided Visualization: Use imagery to guide relaxation and mental focus.
  4. Breath Awareness Meditation: Focus on observing and regulating the breath for relaxation and mindfulness.
  5. Zen Meditation (Zazen): Practice seated meditation focusing on posture and breath.
  6. Chakra Meditation: Balance and activate energy centers in the body through visualization.
  7. Mantra Meditation: Repeat some mantras or phrases to quiet the mind and deepen focus.
  8. Yoga Nidra: Guided meditation for deep relaxation and subconscious exploration.
  9. Walking Meditation: Mindful walking on your mat to cultivate awareness and relaxation.
  10. Sound Meditation: Deep relaxation using sounds like Tibetan bowls or nature sounds.
  11. Combo Meditation: Combine movement, breath, and meditation for energy cultivation.
  12. Trataka Meditation: Focus on a Ghee Deepak flame to enhance concentration (Last Saturday of Month).
  13. Gratitude Meditation: Reflect on and appreciate aspects of life with gratitude.
  14. Self-Inquiry Meditation (Atma Vichara): Explore the question "Who am I?" to deepen self-awareness.
  15. Kundalini Meditation: A practice aimed at awakening dormant energy within the body through focused breathwork, chanting, and physical postures.

  • Holidays: All national holidays & festivals like Deepawali, Holi,  KarwaChoth, Shivratri etc

  • Booking Cycle: Can be booked for one month and can be renewed anytime during or completion of your subscribed duration.

  • Register your email with Webex using the email address provided to Ekam Yoga.
  • Check your email (within 24 to 48 hours) sent to your registered email address by Ekam Yoga; it contains the Webex session joining link and detailed instructions.
  • System-generated session joining reminder emails are sent daily, 15 minutes before the session, which also includes the session link.
  • Don't forget to check your spam or junk folder if you don't find the email in your inbox.
  • We look forward to connecting with you during the session.
