Perfecting asanas not just increase your physical, mental or spiritual strength but also helps to evolve yourself into a higher being when you include these asanas with mudras and prana.

In these sessions you will learn to perform different asanas with perfection, our yoga trainer will teach new asanas every day.

We will take you from asanas for beginners like padmasana, Tadasana, Shavasana to asanas for advance like Yoganidrasana, Gandha Bherundasana, Mayurasana and so many more.
