What is the Refund Policy?

There are no refunds in the case of the Offline Yoga Course unless our management decides to cancel the course due to some unforeseen reason. The final decision to conduct a course or not lies in the hands of the management and is based upon enrollment. 

There are no refunds in the case of Online Yoga Courses as upon enrolment, the learning material is shared with the student and once that happens, we have held our end of the commitment.

How often should I practice yoga?

If you are a beginner and you manage to even practice once a week, you will start to feel a slight difference. Though to reap maximum benefits, try practicing it at least two to three times a week, and don’t let irrational expectations stop you from practicing daily. If you can try to do it for 10 to 20 mins daily as that is better than doing nothing at all on a particular day.

What equipment do I need for practicing yoga at home?

If you have decided to practice yoga at home then you don’t need any fancy equipment or expensive pair of clothes to get started. Wear anything you feel comfortable in. Find a calm place to sit and practice, probably somewhere with ventilation of fresh air, and get yourself a yoga mat with some cushioning as it would help you from slipping while performing certain postures.

When is the best time to do yoga?

Deciding when to start practicing yoga is a personal decision for everyone to make as it totally depends on where you can make a place for yoga in your busy schedule. Some of you may be early risers and so you can start with a yoga session in the morning and release your body’s stiffness and get an early boost of energy to prepare yourself for the whole day. While the ones who are night owls can do a relaxing yoga session in the evening and unwind from their stress after a tiring day at work.

Can I eat something before yoga and how much time should I wait before starting my practice?

It’s better to have an empty stomach while practicing yoga or in case you have eaten then you shall have at least two hours gap between your meal and yoga. And if you are hungry and need the necessary fuel to start your session, we suggest eating half a banana or a handful of nuts.

Can I do yoga while I am menstruating?

Some women prefer to not do any physical form of exercise when they are on their periods while some prefer practicing yoga while that time of the month. Many instructors advise not to perform headstands, handstands or shoulder stands as these asanas might cause a problem with the flow of blood. In the end, It varies from person to person and you should always listen to what your body tells you to do.

I have a Health Issue, can I still perform Yoga?

The ancient practice of Yoga has been long known to cure ailments and help with various health issues and lifestyle diseases. Different yoga classes are created for individuals with different health issues and needs.
