Regular Yoga

This session has been planned in such a way that all the people whether young or old, fat or lean, healthy or unhealthy can get benefit. These asanas are old and time tested method of keeping body healthy.

In this program, Sushma kriyas and asana are all planned carefully and scientifically in proper series. In this session more emphasis is given on doing pranayama and asanas in slow motion, so that a student can self-feel it.

Each and every student is personally attended so that all the asanas are done in proper alignment and body should also remain stress free. For unhealthy people our centre provides props and ropes so that they can do all the asanas easily and effectively despite their weakness. Different types of asanas are planned for every day in such a way that it not only makes the body healthy and flexible but also improves the working capacity of a person.

Slimming Yoga

Slimming programme includes:

1. Accurate food instructions
2. Useful exercise and asanas

By these two factors we can not only reduce the body weight but also take care of body flexibility and toning.

This exercise programme includes:

1 Tie chi
2 Pranayama
3 Yoga asana
4 Ashtanga vinyasa Iyenger yoga

All these are taught in the six day offer. The slimming programme is of six days and designed to include all of the above to achieve maximum benefit towards body slimming. The long list of our “Satisfied Clients” speaks volumes about how effective and powerful this programme is this.

Therapy Yoga

Yoga is not a medical process meant for only unhealthy people; rather anyone can practice yoga to lead a healthy life.

And for all those who are unfit, cannot stand, sit or those who cannot practice yoga they can use props for performing various asanas or pranayama. By this they can attain right yoga postures and this practice of performing yoga with the help of props is called Therapy Yoga.

When prana (oxygen) is taken rhythmically for a long time, breathing normally becomes longer. Due to this we feel very peaceful and stress is reduced, which leads to good health. Thus healing process becomes faster and more sustainable.

Meditation

To know thyself is to know God. Delving into own consciousness and sub-consciousness, our soul aim is Self-Knowledge through Meditation.

Meditation in an individual creates an effect which helps in spiritual upliftment through purification of thoughts and action. Group meditation leads to compounded positive energy and vibrations that is greater than energy created by individual meditation. Group meditation helps those new to the program in attaining better results.
